Jimmy is the Chief Manager of
our Firm. He graduated from
Harding University
in 1986, with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, majoring in
accounting. Prior to joining the Firm in 1987, he was employed by a
large privately-held corporation. As a member of the Firm, he provides
audit and accounting services to a variety of industries including
not-for-profit, manufacturing and employee benefit plans. He also oversees
the Firm’s peer review and internal inspection programs. Jimmy is a member
of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Tennessee
Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is active in volunteer
organizations, currently servicing as Treasurer on the Board of Directors
of AGAPE Child and Family Services, Inc.

David started his accounting
career in 1985 as an intern with the Firm. He graduated from Memphis
State University
in 1986 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting, becoming a full time employee for the
Firm. As a general services member,
David provides accounting and auditing services for various industries
including construction, distribution and manufacturing. He is a
member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the
Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is active in
volunteer organizations including various soccer organizations.

Michael has been with the Firm
since graduating from Mississippi
State University
in 1991 with a Bachelor of Professional Accountancy. While progressing from
a junior accountant in 1992 to member in 2005, he gained experience in
auditing, taxation and consulting. His experience includes non-profit
organizations, manufacturing concerns, broker/dealers and construction
companies. Michael is also proficient in several accounting software
packages and has consulted with clients regarding information technology
such as installation and setup of new software, development of supporting
spreadsheet and database applications, and accounting software support. He
has also participated in several fraud investigations and litigation
support engagements.

Robert
L. Goss

Bob
joined the West Memphis Firm of
Dodge & Clinton in May, 1974, after graduating from the University of
Central Arkansas with a Bachelor of
Business Administration degree in Accounting. This Firm later became Dodge,
Thomas, Goss & Owens, which merged with Jackson, Howell &
Associates, PLLC in November, 2005. Bob has extensive experience in income
and estate taxation, as well as governmental and non-profit auditing. He
also has experience in the agricultural industry. Bob is an active member
of the Marion Rotary Club and the Knights of Columbus.

Cindy is the Managing Member of our West Memphis office. She graduated from Arkansas
State University
in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, and began work at
Dodge, Thomas, Goss & Owens in 1992. She has extensive experience in
audit and accounting services for governmental and non-profit entities, as
well as the distribution industry. Cindy is a member of the American
Institute of CPAs and the Arkansas Society of CPAs. She is also an active
volunteer in the Rotary Club of West Memphis.

Larry has been practicing
accounting since graduating from Memphis
State University
in 1966 with a BBA in Accounting. His career began with the Memphis accounting
firm of Sanders, Kinser & Zoccola. In 1972, he joined the national
accounting firm of Alexander Grant & Company and became the Audit
Manager for the Memphis
office in 1973. His experience includes governmental, non-profit
organizations, Federal and State Grants, mental health organizations,
private schools and various associations, manufacturing firms, hotels and
motels representing various national chains and construction companies.
While his special efforts have been in auditing, Larry has considerable
experience in taxation and financial counseling.

Gary,
a life long Memphian, has been associated with the accounting industry
since he graduated from Memphis
State University
in August of 1966 with a BBA in Accounting. Upon his graduation, he joined
the local CPA firm of Sanders, Boswell & Kinser. There, his technical skills in
auditing and taxes were developed and his advancement in the firm to the
position of In-Charge came early in his career. In order to satisfy a need to be
self-sufficient, in 1978 he joined forces with Larry Jackson to form an alliance
which is today, Jackson, Howell & Associates, PLLC. The Firm ranks consistently in the top 25 largest CPA firms in the
city of Memphis.
He has extensive experience in every phase of accounting and auditing,
personal and corporate taxes, and financial consulting.
